Associate Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Manager in driving sales revenue through account coverage and product in-servicing
• Conduct product demonstrations, assessments, and customer education for the acute urology portfolio
• Build and maintain sustainable business relationships within assigned accounts
• Identify and communicate new business opportunities and product interests to the Territory Manager
• Coordinate the logistics, timing, and execution of customer product evaluations
• Maintain excellence in clinical knowledge and territory management skills
• Complete administrative duties including call reports, expense reports, and monthly results

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 0 to 2 years of general sales experience
• Ability to travel 80%, including overnight travel
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and solve practical problems

• Experience working in a team-based sales environment
• Strong aptitude for clinical knowledge and medical technology
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines
