Associate Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Support Territory Managers by performing product demonstrations and customer education for physicians, clinicians, and specialty accounts.
• Drive sales revenue to exceed established targets within assigned accounts in the UCC Homecare segment.
• Build and maintain strategic business relationships with key healthcare decision-makers, including nursing leaders and case managers.
• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual plans to meet territory revenue goals.
• Collaborate within patient care PODs consisting of Clinical Managers, Care Coordinators, and regional supervisors.
• Travel extensively (80-90%) within the assigned territory, including frequent overnight travel, to provide in-servicing and account support.
• Maintain accurate customer files and complete required administrative duties such as call reports and expense tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• 1-3 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness and ability to travel 80-90% of the time, including frequent overnight stays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Salesforce.com.
