Associate Technology Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite hardware and software support for PCs, printers, tablets, RF scan guns, and production equipment
• Deliver remote Level 2 support for individuals outside of facilities
• Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Log and track incidents or service requests using the company ticketing system
• Prioritize and escalate complex issues to appropriate technology teams
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software
• Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and procedures

Requirements

• 1-2 years of technology support experience, ideally in a large environment
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems
• Strong knowledge of MS Office products and enterprise software
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively with remote team members using Microsoft Teams and Outlook
