Associate Technician - Reticle Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Manage Work-In-Progress (WIP) using department-specific reports and software tools to ensure efficient workflow
• Perform machine and buddy checks, product inspections, and maintain cleanliness standards
• Monitor and resolve lot-related issues, including recipe/tool discrepancies and hold lots
• Track bottlenecks and prioritize key workstations to meet production and shipping targets
• Maintain accurate machine logs, lot tracking data, and system updates
• Conduct SPC checks and monitor post-inspection results
• Support procedural updates, training initiatives, and continuous improvement activities in collaboration with engineering
• Communicate effectively during shift passdowns and maintain strict safety compliance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of manufacturing operations and procedures
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off patterns) and willingness to work overtime
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, walk several miles per shift, and lift 25–40 lbs occasionally
• Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, crouching, or kneeling in various environments

Preferred Qualifications

• AAS or AS Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Supply Chain Management
• 2 years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment or automation systems
• Technical military experience
• 2+ years of experience identifying performance gaps and implementing strategic improvements
