Associate Technician

Responsibilities

• Support the production department by meeting productivity and quality standards
• Adhere to work instructions and motivate others to follow established protocols
• Complete equipment calibration and setup, communicating maintenance issues to supervisors
• Proactively identify quality, process, and workflow problems
• Participate in training, mentoring new hires, and cross-training associates
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety requirements
• Actively communicate with supervisors and participate in team meetings

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Ability to prioritize, maintain organization, and meet strict deadlines
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
