About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users by diagnosing issues and engineering solutions
- Adjust network configurations and verify software configurations
- Work with field technicians to troubleshoot physical installation issues
- Compile, pull, and parse station and network logs
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on major customer issues
- Communicate technical solutions in a professional, user-friendly manner
- Create test plans, test cases, and documentation based on software specifications
- Proactively identify areas for product improvement, including design enhancements and failure analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in B.A, B.Com, or BBA
- Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience in technical support for hardware or software
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, M2M communications)
- Experience with cloud-based management platforms and application support
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and bug management tools like Jira
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to read site drawings, field repair guides, and product specifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certifications in Microsoft, Linux, or networking technologies
