Responsibilities

• Manage high-diversity, low-volume manufacturing projects from customer requirements to final delivery
• Act as a bridge between US-based customers and manufacturing partners in Mexico
• Ensure production flows smoothly, meets specifications, and stays within budget
• Drive continuous process improvements
• Resolve technical production problems and communicate solutions effectively

Requirements

• Engineering degree
• Over 5 years of relevant experience
• Practical knowledge of CNC machining (required)
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as 3D printing, injection molding, or sheet metal fabrication
• Strong project management skills including scope, schedule, and quality control
• Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Fluency in English
• Experience in multicultural work environments
