Fictiv is building the operating system for sourcing custom mechanical parts. Their platform helps Fortune 500 customers deliver complex, high-quality parts for industries ranging from autonomous electric vehicles to surgical systems and industrial robots.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-mix, low-volume projects from customer requirements to final delivery
• Bridge the gap between U.S.-based customers and manufacturing partners
• Ensure production meets specifications, stays on budget, and runs smoothly
• Drive continuous process improvements and solve technical production issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Hands-on knowledge of CNC machining
• Knowledge of 3D printing, injection molding, or sheet metal fabrication
• Strong project management skills including scope, timing, and quality control
• Data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Fluency in English
• Experience in multicultural work environments
