Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and resolve complex issues for the Archibus product
- Deliver exceptional technical solutions ensuring system reliability and operational continuity
- Collaborate across departments to deliver solutions efficiently
- Work hands-on with databases, cloud technologies, and web development
- Mentor team members and optimize live system performance
- Support clients on the West Coast during 8am-5pm PST hours
Requirements
