Associate | Technical Due Diligence

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical due diligence reports highlighting key risks and mitigation measures
• Conduct site inspections and detailed property condition assessments
• Coordinate with clients, developers, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Review and evaluate statutory approvals, permits, and regulatory compliance
• Assess design and operational aspects including architecture, structure, MEPF, and facade systems
• Identify technical risks, gaps, and compliance issues and propose practical solutions

Requirements

• Bachelors in civil engineering, construction management, or architecture
• 0–3 years of experience in real estate development, construction, PMC, advisory, or design
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost management
• Understanding of bylaws, NBC, NFPA, and RPwD
• Excellent reporting and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in project monitoring or technical advisory
