About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical due diligence reports highlighting key risks and mitigation measures
- Conduct site inspections and detailed property condition assessments
- Coordinate with clients, developers, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Review and evaluate statutory approvals, permits, and regulatory compliance
- Assess design and operational aspects including architecture, structure, MEPF, and facade systems
- Identify technical risks, gaps, and compliance issues and propose practical solutions
Requirements
- Bachelors in civil engineering, construction management, or architecture
- 0–3 years of experience in real estate development, construction, PMC, advisory, or design
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost management
- Understanding of bylaws, NBC, NFPA, and RPwD
- Excellent reporting and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in project monitoring or technical advisory
