Associate Technical Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead live fittings to evaluate support, comfort, and silhouette
• Provide precise fit comments and visual corrections to vendors
• Establish and re-evaluate annual blocks using CAD and flat pattern-making
• Build and maintain detailed Tech Packs, including BOMs and grade rules
• Inspect samples from Proto to TOP for construction integrity and quality
• Partner with Design and Development to select appropriate fabrications and trims
• Stay updated on new bonding technologies and consumer trends

Requirements

• 3–5 years in Technical Design specializing in Swim, Intimates, or high-stretch performance wear
• Proven ability to make pattern adjustments for Junior and Plus sizing
• Proficiency in CAD software, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft/Google Suites
• Strong understanding of elastics, specialized machinery, and knit fabrications
• Exceptional communication skills for domestic and overseas partners

• Experience using PLM software
