Associate Team Lead Growth

Responsibilities

• Own live portfolio growth by executing growth strategies and driving ROI through AB testing and ad network optimization
• Manage a team of 2–3 junior Growth Specialists, setting expectations and developing their skills
• Collaborate with Monetization and Product teams to align priorities and turn insights into game improvements
• Identify and prioritize ad network models to capture scale opportunities
• Utilize AI tools daily to analyze data and automate processes

Requirements

• Around 3 years of experience in growth, UA, or performance marketing
• Proven cross-team collaboration skills with Product, Monetization, or Data teams
• Strong data analysis ability and fluency in performance metrics
• AI-native mindset with active use of AI tools for productivity
• Ability to lead and manage people with direct feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing a small team or mentoring junior members
• Hands-on exposure to offerwall networks, gaming SDK monetization, or live game AB testing
• Background in ad creatives or social trend spotting
• Experience building automations or tools using AI
