Associate Team Lead Growth

Responsibilities

• Own live portfolio growth by executing growth strategies and driving ROI through AB testing and ad network optimization
• Manage a team of 2–3 junior Growth Specialists, setting clear expectations and developing their professional skills
• Drive cross-team execution by collaborating with Monetization and Product teams to align on priorities and game improvements
• Identify and prioritize ad network models that fit each game’s specific stage and KPIs
• Utilize AI tools daily to analyze data, automate processes, and increase operational leverage

Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of experience in growth, UA, or performance marketing
• Strong data analysis ability with the capacity to make confident, metric-driven decisions
• An AI-native mindset with a proactive approach to using AI tools for efficiency and process building
• Proven cross-team collaboration skills, specifically working alongside Product or Data teams
• People leadership ability to guide a team toward results through direct feedback and clear expectations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing a small team or mentoring junior team members
• Hands-on exposure to offerwall networks, gaming SDK monetization, or live game AB testing
• Background in ad creatives or social trend spotting
• Experience building automations or tools using AI (e.g., MCP-based workflows)
