Associate Tax Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Evaluate data flows to identify areas for improvement and assist in the development and implementation of solutions
• Ensure solutions align with business needs and requirements
• Analyze data trends and prepare reports with recommendations for management
• Conduct software and data quality testing to ensure end-to-end processes achieve desired outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Development, to address data-related needs
• Contribute to the development of automated workflows to streamline processes and reduce manual interventions

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis
• Exceptional analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Understanding of the financial services industry, specifically regarding cost basis and tax reporting
• Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Continuous improvement mindset and an "outside the box" thinker

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using APIs
• Familiarity with Claude AI
