Associate - TAX - National - CBS - FIN - FP&A Account Support

Responsibilities

• Manage client setup and acceptance processes, including background research and code setup in Mercury.
• Oversee the engagement lifecycle by setting up engagement codes, updating GST details, and managing documentation.
• Handle invoicing tasks, including raising draft and final invoices, managing reversals, and processing foreign office invoices.
• Perform financial monitoring of WIP (Work in Progress) and AR (Accounts Receivable) status, following up with engagement teams for adjustments.
• Support tax compliance through TDS reconciliation, tax convention forms, and BRET compliance.
• Prepare daily and monthly financial reports, including cost analysis MIS and Actual vs. Budgeted tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with procurement processes and subcontracting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Commerce, Master of Business Administration, or Post Graduate Diploma in Management.
• 0-2 years of experience in finance.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments.
• Practical approach to solving complex problems with insightful solutions.
