About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR Business Partners to support assigned business and client groups
- Serve as an initial HR contact for routine talent management matters and escalate complex issues
- Facilitate employee lifecycle changes including transfers, promotions, and data updates
- Manage voluntary and involuntary separations, including legal documentation and exit interviews
- Oversee position management and headcount tracking for relevant business units
- Support annual HR processes such as performance management, calibration sessions, and talent cycles
- Assist with general ad-hoc reporting and data maintenance within HR systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3-5 years of Human Resources experience within the Financial Services industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot trends and provide data-driven observations
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior HR Operational experience
- Proficiency with Workday
