About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 customer experience to stakeholders by managing HR inquiries and transactions in accordance with Service Level Agreements
- Log and manage cases, escalations, and triaging using the ServiceNow case management system
- Support managers and HR with Workday transactions, data audits, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Act as a subject matter expert to support and maintain the global HR knowledge base
- Create and run reports within Workday and ServiceNow
- Identify improvements and optimizations for HR processes, policies, and Tier 0 knowledge articles
- Maintain strict data confidentiality and governance standards
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Tier 1 HR operations and case management
- Proven experience in Workday data administration
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions and data
- Ability to work afternoon shifts
