About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 customer experience to stakeholders by managing HR inquiries and transactions in accordance with Service Level Agreements
  • Log and manage cases, escalations, and triaging using the ServiceNow case management system
  • Support managers and HR with Workday transactions, data audits, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Act as a subject matter expert to support and maintain the global HR knowledge base
  • Create and run reports within Workday and ServiceNow
  • Identify improvements and optimizations for HR processes, policies, and Tier 0 knowledge articles
  • Maintain strict data confidentiality and governance standards

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Tier 1 HR operations and case management
  • Proven experience in Workday data administration
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions and data
  • Ability to work afternoon shifts
