Associate, Talent Acquisition Data & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Support the evolution and ongoing enablement of core Talent Acquisition infrastructure, including workflows and processes
• Own and maintain the integrity of data within Workday Recruiting to ensure accuracy across requisitions and candidate stages
• Contribute to the operationalization of Talent Acquisition SOPs and the Global TA Playbook
• Conduct data and process audits to maintain high standards of operational integrity
• Partner on optimizing workflows and improving efficiency through better use of systems and tools
• Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual work and increase consistency
• Enable a brand-aligned candidate experience through consistent process execution

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, Recruiting Operations, or a related field
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ideally Workday
• Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
