Associate Talent Acquisition Advisor

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
• Support the development and implementation of effective sourcing strategies
• Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate skills and fit
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates
• Contribute to the development of talent pipelines
• Collaborate with team members on recruitment process improvement projects
• Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment activities to management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or human resources preferred
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
