About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Support the development and implementation of effective sourcing strategies
- Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate skills and fit
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates
- Contribute to the development of talent pipelines
- Collaborate with team members on recruitment process improvement projects
- Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment activities to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or human resources preferred
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
