About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and talent databases
- Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for recurring roles
- Conduct initial outreach and engage passive talent
- Review CVs and evaluate candidates against specific role requirements
- Conduct phone and video screenings to assess candidate fit, motivation, and availability
- Present qualified candidates to recruiters or hiring managers with accurate summaries
- Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Ensure interviewers are well-briefed and prepared to maintain a professional candidate experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Understanding of basic interviewing and talent screening techniques
- Fluency in English
