Associate Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1 and 2 support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Create and manage incident tracking tickets
• Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, printers, and installed software
• Configure, image, and deploy laptops and desktops
• Install and maintain software and drivers
• Assist junior support staff with higher-level issues
• Take ownership of the endpoint replacement process

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or higher education
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Desktop Support role
• Knowledge of PC hardware and A+ certification
• Valid PA Driver’s License
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Note: MCP Certification or an associate degree in IT can substitute for experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Active Directory migrations
• Experience with multi-factor authentication rollouts
• Proficiency with VPN software and Remote Desktop tools
