About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and 2 support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Create and manage incident tracking tickets
- Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, printers, and installed software
- Configure, image, and deploy laptops and desktops
- Install and maintain software and drivers
- Assist junior support staff with higher-level issues
- Take ownership of the endpoint replacement process
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or higher education
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Desktop Support role
- Knowledge of PC hardware and A+ certification
- Valid PA Driver’s License
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Note: MCP Certification or an associate degree in IT can substitute for experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Active Directory migrations
- Experience with multi-factor authentication rollouts
- Proficiency with VPN software and Remote Desktop tools
