About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal systems and infrastructure availability
- Manage and support endpoints using Microsoft Intune
- Administer virtual environments including VMware and Hyper-V
- Perform Level 3 troubleshooting for complex system issues
- Oversee storage management and enterprise backup solutions
- Implement and maintain Active Directory and Group Policy Objects
- Lead application upgrade, deployment, and migration efforts
- Monitor server performance and address security concerns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in solution engineering and system upgrades
- Proficiency in Active Directory management
- Advanced knowledge of PowerShell scripting
- Understanding of information and network security principles
- Familiarity with SSL, TLS, IPsec, HTTPS, SFTP, and Kerberos
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
