Associate Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and document highly available and scalable websites
• Support and operate TDM application landscapes using Java and Spring Boot
• Deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments across all environments
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure technical architecture and interface designs are properly integrated
• Assist in the migration to cloud strategies, specifically leveraging AWS technologies
• Support DevOps initiatives and implement best practices for security and architecture design
• Partner with technical departments to validate new applications, tools, and solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• 0-2 years of professional experience in software development
• Proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework (including Spring Boot)
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Microservices, Hibernate, and JDBC
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies
• Proficiency in web technologies including React, HTML, JavaScript, Angular, and CSS
• Understanding of database queries and SQL
• Advanced proficiency in English; knowledge of French or German is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud technologies and AWS
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub
• Knowledge of PLM/CAD tools like 3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, or CATIA
• Experience with containerization and monitoring tools like Grafana and SonarQube
