Associate Supply Chain Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure optimal coordination across the supply chain
• Incorporate Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into production plans
• Coordinate with customer support, engineering, quality assurance, warehousing, and suppliers
• Verify that released engineering BOMs are correctly implemented in the material planning system
• Document and resolve order delinquencies and report schedule adherence issues
• Analyze and disposition excess and obsolete inventories
• Create schedules for products and services and support process improvements

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management, and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment
• 1+ year of experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP), including Compass Contract or similar systems
• 1+ year of experience supporting both internal and external customers across multiple disciplines
• 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• U.S. Person status required (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience in Production Control and Material Management processes
• Experience with data analytics and/or process analysis and associated tools
