Associate, Studio Experience

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of hospitality and care to members, prospective members, and guests
• Address member feedback and queries via email or in person
• Deliver engaging pre- and post-class announcements over a microphone
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and rescheduling using TeamUp
• Perform check-in duties and ensure compliance with studio rules and waivers
• Monitor class occupancy and manage standby/waitlists
• Support production teams with audience placement and participation
• Provide studio tours and assist with merchandise and hospitality moments
• Maintain studio logs, trackers, and administrative tasks
• Support additional studio activations, events, and corporate bookings

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or front-of-house
• Strong digital literacy with G-Suite, Slack, and reservation systems
• Excellent professional communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
• Confidence speaking on a microphone or addressing large groups
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, early mornings, or late evenings
• Availability for at least 3 days per week, specifically including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
