The firm deploys capital across seed, venture, growth, public equities, credit, and real estate, combining investment expertise with deep in-house capabilities in technology, policy, and markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality materials to support firm-wide strategic initiatives, partnerships, and growth efforts
  • Conduct targeted deep dives on priority themes such as nuclear supply chain, climate physical risk, or carbon markets
  • Produce market maps, thematic analyses, and internal briefings to inform investment decisions
  • Manage and activate Galvanize’s global network of corporates, investors, NGOs, and industry bodies
  • Support portfolio companies through strategic introductions and go-to-market efforts
  • Design and execute strategic convenings like roundtables and executive dinners
  • Drive content strategy and partner engagement for the Galvanize Solutions Summit

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in consulting, investing, partnerships, or a high-growth operating environment
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills to distill complex market and policy information
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Experience working across diverse stakeholders including corporates, investors, and startups
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for developing external-facing materials
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with strong ownership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in climate tech, energy transition, or sustainability-related sectors
  • Familiarity with multiple asset classes including venture, growth, credit, and public equities
  • Experience planning or executing events or external engagement strategies
