Associate Strategy Director

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel strategy (TV, social, etc.) for a California government agency in English and Spanish
• Develop creative briefs for product and seasonal campaigns
• Work with creative teams to develop messaging and creative assets
• Distill insights into compact language to inspire conceptual creative development
• Collaborate with cross-agency teams to oversee research and creative testing
• Provide thought leadership and strategic recommendations to clients
• Collaborate with data and analytics teams to analyze performance metrics and optimize content
• Track and report feedback across social platforms to provide actionable insights
• Maintain Hispanic/Latine market and cultural expertise

Requirements

• Proficiency or fluency in both Spanish and English
• 7+ years of marketing, strategy, and community management experience with multicultural or Latine accounts
• Experience developing dual-language social and campaign strategies across multiple channels (TV, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a cross-functional environment
• Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
• Knowledge of social media best practices, metrics, and social listening tools
• Must be based in California
