Associate, Strategic Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Generate customized client reports by synthesizing portfolio data, performance trends, and key drivers
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of client meetings, including recurring quarterly sessions
• Use CRM systems like Salesforce to manage the business development pipeline and track investor interactions
• Evaluate portfolio positioning and analyze fund structures, capital flows, and fee mechanics
• Translate complex quantitative analysis into clear, decision-relevant insights for stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams across Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Investment groups to build scalable reporting infrastructure

Requirements

• College degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or Management
• 3–5 years of professional experience in a fast-paced, self-directed role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong understanding of financial metrics and alternative asset management
• Ability to obtain Series SIE, 7, and 63 licenses

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in asset management or financial services
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, and other reporting tools
• Experience with Python or other programming languages
• Ability to leverage new technologies, including AI, to improve workflows
