Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO to deliver the company’s strategy and lead priority strategic initiatives
• Lead cross-functional programmes end-to-end across business, operations, and technology workstreams
• Support the maintenance and expansion of the firm’s corporate structure across multiple jurisdictions
• Assist the COO with reporting to the Board and external stakeholders
• Work with the COO and Head of Risk to evolve the operational risk and controls framework
• Manage relationships with external vendors including corporate service providers, tax, and law firms
• Partner with Finance on annual, quarterly, and monthly plans and KPI reporting
• Deploy AI, agentic workflows, and process improvements to enhance operations
• Support the deal team by maintaining the transaction pipeline in the CRM

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience at a top-tier strategy consultancy, investment bank, or in a Strategy & Operations/Chief of Staff role
• Experience managing complex programmes with multiple stakeholders and technical workstreams
• Experience working with Company Secretaries and corporate service providers in multi-jurisdictional environments
• Proven track record of scoping process improvements and digital workflows with technology teams
• Familiarity with financial services products such as supply-chain finance, structured credit, or working capital solutions
• Active user of AI tooling in a professional context

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or relevant professional qualification such as CFA
