Responsibilities

• Own and evolve strategic finance rhythm, including annual planning, forecasting, and long-range models
• Partner with business leaders to develop budgets and track performance across revenue and operating costs
• Lead and improve forecasting accuracy and transparency through strong models and processes
• Drive development of financial frameworks to align investment decisions with strategic priorities
• Create executive-ready reports and insights for board and investor materials
• Build and scale dashboards, planning tools, and systems for real-time decision making
• Support ad hoc analysis to evaluate new initiatives and business cases

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in strategic planning roles
• Experience in high-growth or consumer-facing industries
• Experience in investment banking or consulting is highly desirable
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for non-finance audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
