Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage benefits administration for client employees located in the APAC and EMEA regions
• Resolve cases and perform accurate data entry for benefits into the system
• Collaborate with clients to resolve project-related requests and optimize service delivery
• Define and improve processes to align with global international benefits strategies
• Contribute to project management disciplines and assist in process transitions from clients to Strada
• Develop reports using data extraction tools to meet client plan rules and resolve issues
• Perform quality assurance through system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Identify and suggest improvements to systems and procedures to enhance business efficiency

Requirements

• Excellent proficiency in the English language
• Graduate degree from any stream or a 3-year diploma
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• High level of self-motivation, proactivity, and time management skills
• Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts
• Experience in BPO or HRO environments is an advantage
