Associate Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead store operational functions, including opening and closing procedures
• Drive daily and long-term sales goals and execute business plans
• Coach team members in-the-moment to drive performance and development
• Act as the leader on duty in the absence of the Store Manager
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and act as a brand ambassador
• Support floor operations including inventory processing, restocking, and cashiering

Requirements

• Prior experience in a senior retail leadership position (e.g., Assistant Manager)
• Demonstrated experience with key holder responsibilities
• Proven team development and coaching skills
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
• Ability to carry up to 20 pounds
