Associate Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead store operational functions, including opening and closing procedures
• Drive daily and long-term sales results and performance goals
• Coach team members in-the-moment to deliver a top-notch customer experience
• Act as the leader on duty and step in as the acting manager when the Store Manager is away
• Support team development and maintain a high-functioning, inclusive culture
• Execute business plans and manage floor activities such as inventory processing and restocking

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior retail leadership position (e.g., Assistant Manager)
• Demonstrated experience with key holder responsibilities
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities
• Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds
