About the role
Responsibilities
- Own floor management and daily store operations to ensure a premium environment
- Lead and coach the team on the Cloud CX philosophy and service excellence
- Manage stock levels according to business forecasts and communicate merchandising topics
- Analyze daily KPIs and goals to identify challenges and implement actionable changes
- Identify skill gaps and facilitate training sessions for the Lead Store Advisor team
- Drive the store’s vision and foster a culture of trust and shared accountability
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in retail leadership or high-touch service environments
- Experience within premium or performance-driven brands
- Advanced problem-solving and systemic thinking skills
- Experience delivering technical or operational training and coaching
- High level of emotional intelligence and relational intelligence
- Strong communication skills for partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
