Associate Store Leader

Responsibilities

• Own floor management and daily store operations to ensure a premium environment
• Lead and coach the team on the Cloud CX philosophy and service excellence
• Manage stock levels according to business forecasts and communicate merchandising topics
• Analyze daily KPIs and goals to identify challenges and implement actionable changes
• Identify skill gaps and facilitate training sessions for the Lead Store Advisor team
• Drive the store’s vision and foster a culture of trust and shared accountability

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in retail leadership or high-touch service environments
• Experience within premium or performance-driven brands
• Advanced problem-solving and systemic thinking skills
• Experience delivering technical or operational training and coaching
• High level of emotional intelligence and relational intelligence
• Strong communication skills for partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
