Associate Store Leader

Responsibilities

• Embrace and communicate On’s values and brand philosophy in team and customer interactions
• Support staff planning and hiring to build a high performing team
• Contribute to implementation of ongoing learning and development programs and provide on-the-job coaching
• Monitor store key performance indicators to track business health
• Oversee Front-of-House operations to ensure exceptional customer service
• Oversee inventory management and Back-of-House processes for optimized stock levels and product flow
• Act as the in-store troubleshooting expert for store systems and core processes

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in a customer-focused setting including managerial responsibilities
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Physical ability to stand for consecutive hours, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, and crouch

Preferred Qualifications

• Operational retail experience in a sports or fashion environment
• Strong interpersonal, hospitality, and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and exceptional organizational skills
