About the role
Responsibilities
- Embrace and communicate brand philosophy in team and customer interactions
- Support staff planning, hiring, and implementation of learning and development programs
- Monitor store key performance indicators to track business health
- Oversee Front-of-House operations to ensure exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory and Back-of-House processes for optimized stock levels
- Act as the in-store troubleshooting expert for store systems and core processes
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a customer-focused setting with managerial responsibilities
- Operational retail experience in sports or fashion is a strong plus
- Strong interpersonal, hospitality, and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to meet physical demands including standing for consecutive hours and moving frequently
