Associate Sr. Technical Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide global technical support for Conga CRM products by troubleshooting, debugging, and identifying root causes of complex issues.
• Resolve customer technical problems in a timely manner to ensure product effectiveness and customer success.
• Manage errors, user issues, and technical hurdles that prevent customers from utilizing Conga products.
• Investigate technical issues, prioritize tasks, and escalate as needed to ensure resolutions align with client SLAs.
• Understand and analyze how different systems and integrations interact to predict the impact of changes across applications.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of technical support experience, preferably in Salesforce, .NET, or Java environments.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce workflows, security setups, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Proficiency in advanced SQL scripting and programming languages such as Java or .NET.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical field.
• Proven ability to apply logical thinking to complex technical troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts within a window of 5am to 1am to support global customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with programming languages such as Visual Basic or C#.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different client communication styles.
• Experience in a client-facing delivery or account handling role.
