About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure high standards across office spaces, meeting rooms, kitchens, and amenities
- Resolve operational issues and respond to employee needs proactively
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and drive follow-up actions
- Coordinate suppliers and service partners to ensure effective service delivery
- Support management of workplace budgets, purchase orders, and invoices
- Maintain workplace safety and compliance in accordance with Danish legislation
- Support office moves, seating changes, and workplace projects
- Assist in the delivery of office events and employee engagement activities
Requirements
- Experience in workplace, facilities, office, hospitality, or community management
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Service-oriented and proactive mindset
- Experience coordinating suppliers and managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency with workplace systems, technology, and AV equipment
- Financial awareness and experience supporting budget management
- Fluency in English and Danish (written and spoken)
