Associate Specialist, Technical Success Management

Responsibilities

• Provide structured onboarding and personalized guidance to help customers protect workloads using Veeam Data Cloud solutions.
• Engage with stalled customers to ensure they are maximizing product use and achieving full ROI.
• Proactively work with customers to accelerate time to value and ensure positive initial experiences.
• Monitor and manage customer satisfaction throughout the onboarding journey, addressing concerns promptly.
• Identify growth opportunities for existing and new Veeam solutions.
• Assess risks to customer adoption and coordinate with internal teams to mitigate them.
• Guide stakeholders to best practice resources, documentation, and support channels.
• Align Veeam team activities with customer business objectives and use cases.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer success or technical success roles.
• Strong understanding of Cloud and Hyperscaler technologies.
• Knowledge of SaaS offerings and environments.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
• Experience gathering and analyzing success metrics, including usage and growth statistics.
• General understanding of infrastructure including Servers, Storage, and Networking.
• Strong business acumen and ability to lead projects in a methodical, goal-oriented manner.
• Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and conflict management skills.
