Associate Specialist, Fund Administrator

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end fund administration and monthly NAV close activities for multi-billion hedge fund clients.
• Manage month-end processing across transaction systems, SubLedger, investor accounting platforms, and Oracle ERP.
• Perform NAV-to-General Ledger reconciliations and investigate/resolve identified breaks.
• Prepare and review monthly financial packages, including key financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Review investor capital balances, profit and loss results, and fee/performance allocation calculations.
• Serve as a senior technical advisor and escalation point for complex month-end close and financial reporting issues.
• Identify risks and control gaps to drive process improvements and risk remediation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in hedge fund administration, financial control, audit, or related financial services roles.
• Strong technical accounting skills and deep industry knowledge.
• Proficiency with Oracle ERP and investor accounting platforms.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or ACCA professional qualification.
