Associate Specialist, Cash & Collateral Svc, HFS

Responsibilities

• Support client SLAs through daily collateral margining, cash-flow processing, and daily reconciliations of bank and custody account activity.
• Resolve cash breaks and issues related to wire payments in collaboration with clients.
• Serve as a liaison to shared service teams to ensure all daily cash and collateral processing is completed.
• Assist in the development of scalable, controlled, and transparent applications across the Treasury platform.
• Communicate with IT to test and implement system enhancements and participate in business requirements for IT projects.
• Identify and analyze potential Treasury service offerings to complement the Hedge Fund Administration offering.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably within Treasury-related functions.
• Strong proficiency in Excel modeling, including the use of V-lookups and If/then statements.
• Experience with system development testing and verifying the accuracy of reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment.
