Associate Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Scout and evaluate vendor partners in the region for Window Hardware, Decor, Kitchen, and Tabletop products
• Support the pitching and onboarding of new vendor partners based on quality and scalability criteria
• Manage and strengthen existing supplier relationships to improve costs and commercial terms
• Monitor and track supplier capacity and flag potential risks to the Sourcing Manager
• Develop open costing skills to build and validate cost structures for negotiations
• Represent Quince professionally in all vendor interactions
• Support product quality initiatives to improve launch hit-rates, reviews, and returns
• Develop understanding of trade regulations and commercial factors for USA, Canada, and Europe markets
• Contribute to the refinement of existing processes and SOPs

Requirements

• 3+ years of sourcing, merchandising, or supply chain experience
• Experience in Window Hardware, Decor, Kitchen, or Tabletop categories
• Strong analytical skills and data-informed decision-making approach
• Foundational understanding of supply chain management or retail operations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-moving environment
