- Execute customer onboarding and conduct training sessions to help new customers reach "Live" status
- Drive usage and feature adoption while surfacing expansion and churn risks
- Create enablement resources such as help articles, video tutorials, and templates
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of accounting experience including Big 4 and 1-2 years in-house at a tech company
- Deep understanding of monthly close processes, reconciliations, and financial operations
- Strong ability to explain complex accounting concepts clearly in writing and on calls
