Associate Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support customer-facing sales cycles through discovery, tailored demos, evaluations, and solution discussions
• Help respond to customer questionnaires, RFPs, and technical information requests
• Build simple workflows, automations, prototypes, or solution assets using tools such as OneTrust, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, or AI tools
• Translate customer goals into clear solution approaches
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and other internal teams
• Contribute to internal team initiatives and projects

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing, analytical, technical, or commercial role
• Experience presenting, explaining, or demonstrating solutions, ideas, or projects
• Proven ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
• Exposure to SaaS, workflows, automation, data, or business systems
• Experience in a corporate environment through full-time work or internships
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

• Experience with AI tools
• Experience with workflow automation
• Experience with APIs or technical integrations
