Associate Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Understand client onboarding, system settings, and integrations with email, calendar, CRM, and property management systems
• Provide customer-obsessed support by communicating clearly and resolving issues with empathy
• Prioritize client issues based on business impact
• Advise clients on best practices for AI Assistant configuration
• Investigate and document bugs using SQL queries and logs
• Write effective ticket summaries and communicate bug fixes to clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or field
• Demonstrated technical proficiency (CS degree, bootcamp, or relevant work experience)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical skills and a bias towards data-driven decision-making
• Willingness to work in person at the New York City office 5 days a week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with support software or CRMs like Zendesk or Salesforce
• Experience with customer-facing roles
• Experience building projects with low-code/no-code tools like Retool
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel
• Familiarity with DataDog or event-logging software
• Familiarity with Postman or API testing tools
• Familiarity with reporting tools like Tableau
• Experience writing SQL queries
