Associate Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support to small and mid-size publishers regarding account management, troubleshooting, and configuration.
• Assist in onboarding new publishers to ensure successful integration and optimization.
• Manage day-to-day tasks and client cases using internal tools like Salesforce ticketing systems.
• Utilize business intelligence tools such as Looker and internal support portals to deliver solutions.
• Engage with clients via email, tickets, and video calls, including supporting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Contribute to internal documentation by capturing learnings and best practices.

Requirements

• College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 0-2 years of experience in Ad Operations or a similar role.
• Familiarity with ad technology and operations, including ad tags, pixels, and HTTP (verbs, cookies).
• Ability to read and write basic SQL queries.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript for troubleshooting or light coding.
• Familiarity with JSON, XML, CSV, and CSS.
