Associate Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to assist in all phases of the pre-sales process
• Deliver technical product demonstrations highlighting the benefits of graph database technology
• Assist in designing and building prototype solutions and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
• Support the design of solution architectures to address customer technical requirements
• Help prepare technical solution proposals and documentation for engineering and management teams
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand prospective customers' environments and needs

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Support, or Technical Consulting)
• Understanding of database technologies and data modeling concepts
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Graph databases (Neo4j, Property Graph, or RDF platforms)
• Knowledge of Data Science, AI/ML, or data integration (ETL, Virtualization, Federation)
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or D3
