Associate Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Perform requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, and data review to optimize client supply chains
• Participate in business requirement sessions and document to-be business processes
• Support solution architecture and functional design specification documentation
• Demonstrate configurations to client teams using agile methodology
• Support test-case creation and execution through various testing stages, including UAT and SIT
• Plan, develop, and deliver super user training
• Mentor junior members of the implementation team
• Collaborate with cross-functional and R&D teams to document solution enhancements

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4-7 years of experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in the supply chain/logistics domain
• Full lifecycle implementation experience, including requirement gathering, design, development, and deployment
• Experience using agile methodology for enterprise implementations
• Knowledge of supply chain solutions such as demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, or scheduling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Basic knowledge of databases and working knowledge of SQL
