Associate Social Media Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and execute social media strategies across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Telegram
• Create and manage content calendars aligned with exam cycles, admissions periods, and product launches
• Develop platform-specific campaigns to drive student engagement, community growth, and conversions
• Own and grow the YouTube ecosystem through content planning, channel optimization, and engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with authors, subject matter experts, and creators to deliver student-focused content
• Monitor student behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize content, messaging, and channel strategies

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, or Brand Marketing within a B2C environment
• Proven experience managing social media platforms and YouTube communities
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, SEMrush, and Google Search Console
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Creative mindset with strong execution and project management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in EdTech, Education, Test Prep, or other student-focused businesses
