Associate Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Contribute to automation efforts and advance DevOps disciplines across the enterprise
• Troubleshoot and resolve test cases and job failures within established SLAs
• Perform quality checks and update automation scripts for TDD and BDD environments
• Develop standard software tools, frameworks, and utilities for validation and functional testing
• Provide recommendations on DevOps tooling and automation to reduce manual support
• Support application and infrastructure on cloud platforms
• Participate in shift work and on-call rotations during weekends

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent certifications
• 2 to 4 years of experience in testing and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• Strong knowledge of SRE and ITIL processes
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, Perl, or Ruby
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms
• Proficiency with Selenium, MS Test, or other API testing tools
• Understanding of both Windows and Red Hat Linux server technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience aligning SRE practices with DevOps CI/CD approaches
• Experience with Windows Server monitoring and automation
• Knowledge of Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, or Harness
• Familiarity with GCP monitoring and cost optimization
• Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, Logic Monitor, or Thousand Eyes
